This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Decentralized Science, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), regarding your use of the Boardroom mobile and web-based chat application ("App" or "Service").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
 

1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on your personal device solely for your own internal, non-commercial use.
 

2. Restrictions

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code

• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable purposes

• Transmit, share, or upload any content that contains hate speech, threats, violence, sexual exploitation, or any other prohibited material

• Harass, stalk, bully, or otherwise abuse any other user

• Bypass or interfere with security features of the App

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping technologies to access or manipulate the App

Violations of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of access to the Service, removal of content, and reporting to appropriate authorities where applicable.
 

3. Ownership
The App, including all intellectual property rights, is owned by Decentralized Science, Inc. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by us.
 

4. Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is governed by our [Privacy Policy] and [Terms of Service]. We collect and use data as outlined in those policies. All messages are end-to-end encrypted. We cannot view your chats.
 

5. Third-Party Services
The App may rely on third-party services (e.g., Firebase) for authentication, hosting, or functionality. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of these services, though we require that they adhere to confidentiality and security obligations.
 

6. Updates
We may provide updates or upgrades to the App, which may be required for continued use. Updates may be installed automatically or may require user action. This Agreement will govern any such updates unless accompanied by a separate license.
 

7. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the App and deleting your account. We may terminate it if you violate any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the App.
 

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Your use is at your own risk.
 

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Decentralized Science, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
 

10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware, USA.
 

11. Export Compliance
You agree to comply with all U.S. and foreign export laws and regulations. You may not download or use the App in a country or region under U.S. embargo or if you are listed on any U.S. government restricted party list.
 

12. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, along with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the App and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings.
 

13. Contact
We do not provide direct support at this time. If you do not agree to this Agreement, please uninstall the App and discontinue use of the Service.
 

14. Objectionable Content Policy
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Hate speech, threats, violence, or sexually explicit material

• Harassment, impersonation, or exploitation of other users

• Content promoting illegal activities or self-harm

We reserve the right to suspend, block, or permanently terminate any user account found to be violating this policy, without notice. We also reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.
