Welcome to Boardroom, a service provided by Decentralized Science, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our chat application (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
 

1. Use of the Service
You may use the Service only if you are at least 13 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
 

2. User Accounts
To access the Service, you must create an account using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
 

3. Your Responsibilities
You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes

• Share spam, malware, or content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights

• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the Service or its security mechanisms
  You remain solely responsible for the content you share, including files and messages.
   

4. AI Assistant and Scheduling
The Service includes an AI assistant to help with basic tasks such as meeting scheduling, sending calendar invites, and providing reminders. While we aim to offer helpful suggestions, we make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated outputs.
 

5. File and Content Sharing
You may share files and images through the Service. By doing so, you grant us a limited license to store and process these materials solely for the purpose of delivering the Service. All content is encrypted, and we cannot read or access your messages.
 

6. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. All chat data is end-to-end encrypted. We do not sell your data.
 

7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time via the app. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, encrypted chat data and account details will be deleted, subject to legal obligations.
 

8. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service without notice.
 

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Decentralized Science, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
 

10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Decentralized Science, Inc. from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
 

11. Changes to the Terms 
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
 

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware, USA.
 

13. Contact
We do not currently provide direct support or contact information. If you do not agree with these Terms, please uninstall the app and stop using the Service.
